Chai Leng Park Penang is a neighbourhood in Seberang Jaya. Named after its developer, Gan Chai Leng who developed the area out of mangrove land in the 1960s, Chai Leng Park or Jalan Gan Chai Leng is famous for its local food feast, apart from being the one of the busiest business centres in Penang.
