This was an amazing vacation that i went with my husband..recommended to come again

- Romantic Vacation
Nice view, excellent location, staff are more than friendly and very helpful but some of the in-room equipment and accesories need to be replaced. My shower room’s drain is completely blocked which causes a small flood in the toilet floor while bathing. But their service team responded very quickly to fix that issue. Both of my room’s key card is somehow “deactivated” When I went out during the evening and return to the hotel at night which I have to proceed to the front desk and ask for key replacement.

First of all i would like you to change the hotel status from a 5 star to 3 star as i am very disappointed with the hotel. Secondly, i don't feel value of money for the hotel because the room was terrible because the bed sheet and pillow was smelly the day i check in and also the next day when i ask to change the sheet but it still smell as if it was used. Then the hotel provided balcony but we aren't able to smoke in the balcony so they should have told us from the start of the booking because i felt i was been cheated. There is to much for me to say but i am tried to write because i didn't have enough rest at the hotel. Just for info this would be my first and last to stay here
