Room was spacious and clean. Bed was firm and a/c was quiet. It has a mini fridge and a hair dryer. It doesn’t have bath tub, shower only. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the room was cleaned for 2 times. Breakfast was nice, not the best but it has quite a few selections. Boiled eggs, yogurt; pancakes, cereals, breads, croissants, oranges, apples, and bananas. I would definitely stay here again if visiting downtown Montreal. Location is the best! The Berry-Quam station connects to everywhere you go! We used the green, yellow, and orange line to travel to tourist attractions with ease. The subway is much better than ttc in Toronto…

Overall the hotel was clean, the location was good, and the stay itself was fine. However, there were several disappointing issues. First, the hotel advertises parking, but when we arrived there were no available spots at all, so we were forced to use expensive paid parking elsewhere. This should be made clear in advance instead of giving guests the impression that parking will actually be available. Second, the security deposit was unreasonably high — $250 for just one night. That amount is excessive and unnecessary, especially for a short stay. The breakfast was also very poor and extremely limited, with barely any selection. The hotel itself was decent

The provided prExtremely disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 a.m., only to find that the room looked nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. The pictures are very misleading. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but it felt much smaller. The sheets and pillows looked dirty, and the pillows were tiny, flat, and very uncomfortable. The entire room and hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. Even while we were sitting in the lobby, something bit our legs, leaving multiple itchy bites. We took photos of both the room and the bites as evidence because the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. We were so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, we immediately went back to the front desk, checked out, and found another hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. I would not recommend staying here, especially since the rooms do not match the advertised photos.ic

It was a hot (40C) and humid night in Montreal. AC was not working. We requested to fix the AC or change the room. They didn't listen to us but offered us to immediate check out with refund which was not possible as it was very difficult to find a hotel last moment because of Canada holiday (July 1). We had to spend a sleepless night. The two receptionist girls at the front desk was not courteous and helpful. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotel before. We are not going to stay in this hotel in future.

I was very disappointed by the rooms. They were dirty, carpets wet, mattresses old, mold apparent in rooms. Bathroom was renovated and OK. The room had a very bad smell. The fridge did not work. The AC was the only thing that worked well.

Location was close to major Metro station which was good. Undergoing renovations, so a work in progress. Front desk staff was excellent ... particularly Fadwa and Ikram. Always very helpful with everything. Also, the young man who helped, on three occasions, to get my television working. It kept cutting out for some reason.
