早目に到着したところ、早目に部屋に入れてくれて大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。連泊でしたが、日によって朝食が定刻に開始されない日があって残念でした。立地は大変良いです。地下鉄三駅の乗換駅で、駅にはコンビニやスーパーがあります。長距離バスで到着しましたが、バスターミナルから非常に近くて便利です。中心地下街や旧市街も徒歩圏です。近くの Grand Biblioteque や Quartier Laten を訪れましたが素晴らしい場所でした。

Hotelsの情報ではコインランドリーがある事になっているが、ロビーに確認すると実際にはないかった。また同時に、ロビーでコインランドリーの場所を聞くと、マップで調べろ、の1言だけ。

冷蔵庫が無く、WiFiが利用不能で、ハウスキーピングも省略されていた。最悪に近い経験だった。

No AC and they cancel you for something that couldve been prevented.

Breakfast area is tiny with no variety in the food served. I wasn’t expecting a Michelin starred meal, but walking down to the 10 tables that are always packed and seeing that the offerings were stale cereals, breads and, if you were lucky, maybe an apple or orange was disappointing for the price. The rooms are incredibly dated with chipped paint and dusty furniture. The bathrooms were updated, but the lights constantly flickered and the shower had no water pressure. The hotel WiFi is absolutely horrendous, dropping connection every couple minutes or so as well as the signal struggling to reach outside the lobby. The saving grace is that you’re within walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes as well as a metro station. For the price I payed for 7 days (2457 CAD), I was rather disappointed.

The provided prExtremely disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 a.m., only to find that the room looked nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. The pictures are very misleading. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but it felt much smaller. The sheets and pillows looked dirty, and the pillows were tiny, flat, and very uncomfortable. The entire room and hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. Even while we were sitting in the lobby, something bit our legs, leaving multiple itchy bites. We took photos of both the room and the bites as evidence because the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. We were so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, we immediately went back to the front desk, checked out, and found another hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. I would not recommend staying here, especially since the rooms do not match the advertised photos.ic

Everything was good and clean

The best thing about the hotel was parking, which was not free, but convenient. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Checked in and out within an hour. The staff at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and were more interested in socializing amongst themselves than helping guests. The parking area is cramped, disheveled and minimal, not worth the fee. The hotel location was surrounded by disheveled pedestrians and is not located in a safe looking part of town. The room had mold as well as stains on the ceilings and sheets. It appears as it had not been renovated since the buildings opening. Ended up not being able to get a refund/partial refund but only $51 back for the parking pass. 0/10 would not recommend.

I stayed at three different hotels in different cities before arriving at Empire Suites Montreal, and every one of them followed the same standard practice: they charged the room fare upon arrival and only placed a temporary security hold (around CAD 100) after asking me to tap my card at check-in. To my surprise, Empire Suites charged my room rate approximately 20 hours before my arrival and also placed a CAD 250 security hold on my card without my knowledge or consent. As guests, we trust both the hotel and the booking platform with our sensitive payment information, expecting it to be used only according to standard check-in procedures. The experience became even more disappointing when, upon arrival, I was informed that the air conditioning in my assigned room was not working and that I could either accept the room or leave it. I had made my reservation almost a month in advance to ensure a comfortable stay, especially since I was travelling with my family and my 5-year-old child after 5–6 days of continuous travel. After repeatedly explaining our situation to the front desk representative, she eventually understood our circumstances and arranged another room with a working air conditioner, for which I am grateful. However, this raises an important question: if the hotel had known about the air conditioning issue for 15–20 days, as I was told, why were guests not informed in advance? It would have allowed us to make an informed decision or choose another hotel.

The room was clean , tv ok,and the price is just right. The breakfast is just early to close so you need to wake up early, anyway it’s the usual breakfast nothing especial. The parking is additional and NOT so spacious so … careful in parking 😆

Room was ok but the a/c wasn’t working on a very hot day. They switched us to another that had a smaller and very uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was not good either. It would not stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was firm and a/c was quiet. It has a mini fridge and a hair dryer. It doesn’t have bath tub, shower only. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the room was cleaned for 2 times. Breakfast was nice, not the best but it has quite a few selections. Boiled eggs, yogurt; pancakes, cereals, breads, croissants, oranges, apples, and bananas. I would definitely stay here again if visiting downtown Montreal. Location is the best! The Berry-Quam station connects to everywhere you go! We used the green, yellow, and orange line to travel to tourist attractions with ease. The subway is much better than ttc in Toronto…

Dommage que la clientèle ne respecte pas le bruit le soir dans les chambres au niveau de l'accueil les explications ou renseignements sont très succinct et limités. Pour le parking le tarif est vraiment très cher

It was a hot (40C) and humid night in Montreal. AC was not working. We requested to fix the AC or change the room. They didn't listen to us but offered us to immediate check out with refund which was not possible as it was very difficult to find a hotel last moment because of Canada holiday (July 1). We had to spend a sleepless night. The two receptionist girls at the front desk was not courteous and helpful. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotel before. We are not going to stay in this hotel in future.

Room did not have working WC and was 26 degrees. Complained 3 times and was told each time "someone will come and fix it" Nobody came. On checkout I complain3d and was told "You should have asked for a room change"

We spent five days at this location, and during our entire stay, nobody came to empty the trash, refill the paper towels, or even ask if we needed fresh towels or anything else. If you want breakfast, you need to arrive with plenty of time because the food is not refilled regularly. People were constantly asking for coffee, eggs, and croissants because everything was empty, and the staff did not seem to care. The breakfast was exactly the same every day and was very, very basic.
