早目に到着したところ、早目に部屋に入れてくれて大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。連泊でしたが、日によって朝食が定刻に開始されない日があって残念でした。立地は大変良いです。地下鉄三駅の乗換駅で、駅にはコンビニやスーパーがあります。長距離バスで到着しましたが、バスターミナルから非常に近くて便利です。中心地下街や旧市街も徒歩圏です。近くの Grand Biblioteque や Quartier Laten を訪れましたが素晴らしい場所でした。

Hotelsの情報ではコインランドリーがある事になっているが、ロビーに確認すると実際にはないかった。また同時に、ロビーでコインランドリーの場所を聞くと、マップで調べろ、の1言だけ。

冷蔵庫が無く、WiFiが利用不能で、ハウスキーピングも省略されていた。最悪に近い経験だった。

The place is nice but definitely needs some improvement like the tv. It is very old and small and a lot of static. The bed where we stayed is very bad. Was bending and we're scared it was going to collapse. But overall it is clean.

Je n ai pas aimer en plus le lit était pas confortable et le dépôt de 250$ l hôtel nous le remet dans 3 a 5 jours . Voyons donc notre chambre nous a coûter 160$ pour 2 jours . Je met une note de 1 étoile

Lovely staff, you kinda get what you paid for.

Beware of “parking” if you have anything other than a small car, plus it’s uncontrolled so people park anywhere and blocked us. Shower had lukewarm water and breakfast is light continental at best plus they never put it out on time but …its really well price and located, room are modern and clean.

The only thing good about this hotel is the room, the breakfast is terrible, only one person doing the serving and cleaning and preparing the food that’s why there’s always not enough food on the counter, you have to wait too long for milk, juice, bread, egg, etc, the parking is terrible and too expensive plus you have to pay $500 deposit for 1 night that took more than 5 days to get the money refunded back to your bank account, the staff are so unhelpful, this is the worst hotel ever, do not book this hotel at all

We had a bad experience nit going back there again.

No, cold room, dirty and hotel refused to return security deposit despite leaving the room cleaner than it was upon arrival. Filed a dispute with the credit card company to claim it back. Never recommend this dump to another of your customers.

Clean. Staff was nice. Close to the St. Catherines strip. Only thing is, there was no mini-fridge in the fridge cupboard. So we paid for a room without an amenity which was disappointing as we needed a mini fridge.

Dommage car beaucoup de negatif,staionnement trop petit meme si javais payer pour une. La salle bain ne correpondais pas aux photos, pas de micro-onde ny frigo mememsi inclus ,remboursement du depot non fait apres 5jours su depart.

They serve croissant and boiled eggs. I don’t remember anything else.

Lorsque je suis arrivé , il y a une chicane de couple dans la chambre voisine et on entendait très bien ce qu'ils se disait .J'ai du demander a 3 reprises a la réception d'intervenir et de me changer de chambres .Ensuite , le wifi ne fonctionne pas super bien . Ils disent avoir des télévisions intelligents mais elle ne fonctionnais pas . Jai du partager mon LTE dans la télévision pour qu'elles fonctionne puisque leur wifi ne fonctionnais pas non plus sur la télévision. Jai demander des oreillers supplémentaires parce que j'avais des coussin dans mon lit . On m'a dit que c'était impossible. Jai quitter plutôt suite a tout cela et le gérant n'a pas voulu me rembourser ma nuit supplémentaire.

Très bien. Plus belles chambres sur le côté Empire Suites que Hotel Leluxe! Même établissement avec deux ailes qui portent des nom différent (???) Par contre, difficile d’avoir un reçu et de se faire expliquer le tarif par soir!

Hôtel en rénovation. Le 4 étoiles une blague! ou noté sur une échelle de 15 étoiles! Basique petit déjeuner, chambre vieillotte, à éviter !!!
