Everything was as expected

Frukost ett skämt! Papptallrik och muggar torftig continental frukost. Rummen rena och fräscha städ varann dag verkar det som. Personalen inte serviceminded för 5 öre varken i receptionen eller frukosten

No clean bathroom sheets were provided, next to a home shelter and 50 dollar parking a day (expensive)

We stayed 2 nights and booked an Executive King room. The room looks nothing like the pictures! Not renovated. They refused to do anything. Was told to speak to manager next day. Woman manager blamed it on Expedia, but Expedia simply gave the same pictures as the ones provided on the official website of the hotel. Management even pretended not knowing who put the pictures on their own website... After much arguing, they reluctantly ''upgraded'' our room for the 2nd night only. AC works 50% of time. TV 30'' from 1995... Because of the whole ordeal of room switching, we got tight in our schedule and asked if we could return old room key after settling in new room and preparing for a wedding event. It would have been 1h max. Manager refused and demanded we give old room keys IMMEDIATELY. That night, we asked for late check-out. The front guy agreed for 12pm instead of 11am. Next morning, a door knocking at 11:20am then phone call from same woman manager saying check-out is at 11am. After explaining to her I was agreed for 12pm, she tried to negotiate for 11:30am... I was so fed up and had to stand my ground! The whole front staff/management, when dealing with my problems, were always talking among each other in Arabic. Nothing to do with racism. More of a lack of courtesy/respect for intentionally speaking a foreign language in front of costumers. I'm a minority myself and would not do the same. Also lots of drug addicts, hookers and homeless around the hotel. Avoid!

Disorganized check-in, unresponsive garage door, garage fences and courtyard facade in disrepair, broken lamps in room, noisy and broken air conditioner, rotting bathroom door, broken mirror frame, mold in shower corners etc.

tv remote worked only after turning tv on manually breakfast coffee and starch (bread, cereals, croissants) strange decor/design clean enough but not lux only one elevator

The breakfast table was empty; the fruit and Nutella shown in the images were never provided.

Bel accueil, belle chambre, mais secteur de la ville disons... très délâbré! Soyez prudents!

Chambre confortable, mais probleme avec la toilette qui etaot bouchee. Demande au personnel de la reception faite pour reparer mais personne nest venu. Nous avons débouché la toilette seul en utilisant la poubelle de salle de bain remplie deau ppur bien flusher. Sinon experience bien

My room was at 63degrees all weekend. When I asked at front desj\k how get more heat, I was “sympathetically” told that it was not possible since hotel was on a single system. i find this hard to believe. Also, the ceiling lights in the living room was not working as well as the TV (which could very well be a lack of “how to” instructions. I will not be staying at this “luxury” accommodation again.

Bathroom was dated and not as pictured on the website. Towels were tiny and worn out. Barely provided toiletries. Only plus was the noise did. Not transfer from other rooms. Spend a bit more on a nicer place.

The lobby is dark and gloomy. The front desk is understaffed. The "breakfast" was very limited and unappealing. Elevator was slow. Ground floor hallways were poorly maintained. The room itself was fine and adequate for a one-night stay, but I was awakened by loud construction noise outside at 7 am.

The location is very good.

Muy mala experiencia, pésimo lugar para alojarse, sucio, muy caro y muy mal servicio. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

The staff was very nice, however we all got bed bugs bitten, the hotel is outdated parking was horrible to locate. Not going back here

First, Empire Suites and the LeLux hotel are the same place, just on different floors. It's in a good location, close to the Berri-UQAM Metro station and at the start of the gay village but walkable to the Quartier des Spectacles I splashed out and took a full suite, which was a waste: the sitting room had two chairs and TV, a place no one would want to spend time. And while there was a well equipped kitchenette, there were no dishes or cutlery -- bring your own. As well, the lamp beside the bed wasn't working and there was only one trash can in the whole place -- beside the toilet. I asked for another one, which did not appear. The free breakfast was basically cereal, toast or buns, not worth eating. Finally, the photos made the suite look much better than it was. In conclusion, this hotel seems to have big ambitions but poor execution. I wouldn't stay again.

Stationnement très difficile et des rénovations à faire .

The check-in time provided was false. We had to wait 3 hours to get the room. The email confirmation said 1pm for check-in. We arrived at 1h15pm and were told there was no room available before 4pm.
