Poor check in as way too much waiting due to one person on desk and large queue. No information on times or amenities. Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive at £16. Would have done if it was slightly cheaper. Did have an evening meal which was great and service was superb. Room was clean with plenty of space and could have a hot shower without water goining everywhere. WiFi was unusable in room so had to hotspot off the phone (WiFi was okay in restaurant though). No issues car parking and very comfortable bed.

Xmas 80’s party night was brilliant. The food at the party was both delicious and piping hot. The staff were friendly. The spa area was great. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Also a good breakfast but could do with more vegetarian options and dairy free alternatives. Overall would absolutely recommend a stay here.

A nice hotel perfectly situated for days out in Cheshire . It's clean and comfortable but value for money could have been better . The breakfast was very generic and could have been alot better .

Room wasn’t serviced for all 3 nights stay. Mentioned on day 2 and was referred to a qr code to sign into if wanted room serviced. They said they would go up straight away and did not. No milk in room to make tea / coffee and milk point in corridor was down for maintenance. Hotel felt a bit tired in the rooms

In all I thought the hotel was nice, the bathroom's could do with an upgrade....the towel radiator didn't work and the shower was a bit hit and miss. Pillows were way too soft but other than that room was good. Milk dispenser on the landing was a little messy but I like the idea. It's a little way out of Knutsford it's self and getting a Taxi provided to be a bit of a task.

Saturday morning breakfast was a shambles, queuing for tea, toast and food, milk had run dry and had to ask for a top up, I tried 3 pepper grinders and finally gave up. Disappointed the bathroom only had a fixed wall shower and no guide to work the heating. I was also led to believe that I would be charged extra to use the pool !! For the price we were charged I expected better.
