Poor customer service from reception staff.

Disappointing & brusque customer service from reception staff. Insisting I had booked a room for 2 nights when I could clearly show them confirmation on my phone was for 1 night only. My daughters family room not made up when they arrived at 9pm at night. Had to ask room service for bedding and towels.

Friendly staff good location

We were visiting for a wedding and the property was very flexible in check in and check out - even let us get ready in the spa before our check in. Lovely hotel

Great Stay. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening, although a little pricey but that’s hotels for you. Room was spotless, WiFi was good but phone signal poor. We didn’t stay with breakfast inc and I think £20 is a bit steep so went next door to Fryers Garden centre and had great breakfast for less than half the price!

Great, but the Spa really should be included in the price.

Amazing stay. Stayed in premier suite. Would definitely recommend our 4th time visiting here, we were the sad the breakfast has now became a buffet breakfast but other than that couldn’t fault it. Had a spa treatment from Sharon and it was amazing, and Jade was so helpful with the products inside the spa when helping me chose what to purchase x thank you

Stunning venue, room was clean and tidy also up to date, Food was very good, Pool was amazing, Ideal for couples i will return with my partner...

Breakfast could have been better, had to wait to be seated, had to ask for flora as I can't eat butter, no teaspoons with the coffee/tea cups, decaff coffee poor, no muesli. Room was fine.

Great customer service. Kudos to the team, including the team cleaning the rooms. Most polite and helpful team I've come across in a long time.

We stayed here for a nearby wedding and I thought perhaps we may have just gotten a bum room with no working AC even though it was turned on…but after speaking to at least four other wedding guests the next day who also stayed here, apparently none of the hotel’s AC’s were working because everybody had an uncomfortable, sweltering evening. The food in the bar was pretty good and all came out in good time. But at $250/night, I expect to be comfortable and this place just didn’t do it for me.

Always a great place to stay, great staff and a fabulous breakfast

The stay was ruined, the heating didn't work in room and took 4 calls to reception before they answered. They wanted £15 each to use the pool which i didn't pay. Never had to pay to use the facilities in a hotel you've paid to stay in in my life. The breakfast was self help the food was cold and not nice then on check out they tried to change me for using the pool .place is a joke would not recommend to anyone

It was ok. It’s a bit tired and the spa was very busy but it wasn’t too expensive.
