Everything was brilliant

A nice hotel perfectly situated for days out in Cheshire . It's clean and comfortable but value for money could have been better . The breakfast was very generic and could have been alot better .

The room was large and clean, staff polite. I do think it was a bit overpriced

Every aspect of this hotel was really good The pool wasn’t warm enough that was the only thing that we didn’t like everything else was fantastic especially the staff

Room wasn’t serviced for all 3 nights stay. Mentioned on day 2 and was referred to a qr code to sign into if wanted room serviced. They said they would go up straight away and did not. No milk in room to make tea / coffee and milk point in corridor was down for maintenance. Hotel felt a bit tired in the rooms

Hotel is great but breakfast is way too expensive

In all I thought the hotel was nice, the bathroom's could do with an upgrade....the towel radiator didn't work and the shower was a bit hit and miss. Pillows were way too soft but other than that room was good. Milk dispenser on the landing was a little messy but I like the idea. It's a little way out of Knutsford it's self and getting a Taxi provided to be a bit of a task.

The property is looking very tired and needs a full refurb. The rooms are not in line with a 4 star hotel but are clean and the staff are friendly.

Saturday morning breakfast was a shambles, queuing for tea, toast and food, milk had run dry and had to ask for a top up, I tried 3 pepper grinders and finally gave up. Disappointed the bathroom only had a fixed wall shower and no guide to work the heating. I was also led to believe that I would be charged extra to use the pool !! For the price we were charged I expected better.

Room was brilliant, great extras for the kids, spa, pool and gym great and breakfast lovely.

There were black spots on the bathroom ceiling!

Room too warm, breakfast poor value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Becoming a little dayed

Great hotel- I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was superb.

Yes the staff were exceptional kind. The member of staff called Lottie (Charlotte) brought me a juice while I waited for other members of our party. She with her colleagues made a table for nine available, which was extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to staying again sometime.

Very slow service. Then gave me wrong key card and room it was in someone else name. When i went back to tell them the lady behind desk was rude

Great staff very helpful and seem happy in their jobs

The breakfast was very good although staff didn't clear plates very quickly - I had to ask at one point.
