Ruby Zoe Hotel London

Fabulous location, great hotel. Lovely and clean, bedrooms very quiet. Yes no tea/ coffee in rooms but there is a section on each floor to make tea/coffee. Also fab Barista coffee served at breakfast - which was great. Staff all very friendly. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and trying a different Ruby hotel.

Location: A great location in Notting Hill. Quiet so that you can get a good night's sleep. Convenient to get around London as you are within walking distance from the Tube. Additionally, the hotel was near some lovely brunch/food places. Room: I appreciated the room size as we had two suitcases. I also appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Despite the time difference, I slept very well. The hotel amenities, such as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, were luxurious. Even better if: The Only thing that would make this hotel/the cosy room even better is a kettle to make tea. I was not able to make a tea while staying in London. A warning for tourists like me: Please be cautious with your personal belongings, as I was pickpocketed whilst exiting the Tube near the hotel. I was carrying my suitcase up the stairs meanwhile someone was stealing my belongings. The hotel itself is safe and quiet, but be cautious and aware when leaving the hotel, and especially when you are near public transport/the Tube. I recommend😊

Room spotless and everything worked although TV picture was a bit washed out. All channels worked. Great shower with loads of hot water, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Excellent breakfast. Bar area around front door very cold though

Room was cold and there was no way of operating the hot water in the galley nor any decent coffee. Disappointing.

Small but efficient room but bizarrely the light switch to the toilet is on the far side of the room next to the front door. most odd and inconvenient.

MASSIVELY MASSIVELY over priced for what it is. Very basic rooms. Scant food offering. Damaged lifts. Completely and utterly in the wrong pricing bracket. Too busy trying to 'look cool' than actually create a decent hotel offering. Price yourselves accordingly. I could have stayed in a Radisson or Hilton for less and got considerably more.

Tired room, communal hallways dark but couldn't hide the grubbiness, when asking for an extra key got charged extra for my wife to stay in the same room even though the price for 1 occupant or 2 on the website is the same.
