Loved our stay at Ruby. They got us in for early check in, everything was spotless, and the hotel staff was super friendly! Specifically Carlos and Leah at the front desk. They were so nice and accommodating. They also make great mimosas!

Very chilled. Easygoing, efficient staff. The cosy room was in no way tiny but a good size with great use of space. The Marshall amp and radio/speaker were a great touch.

It’s a good basic stay with an accessible location. The room is sort of bare minimum, but it works. The work space downstairs was nice and cozy with plenty of options of tables to work at. I did think the hotel staff could be more professional, especially upon exiting. I had told me man when I was checking out that I accidentally left the room key in the light switch box in the room but I had the key card holder to give back, which was met with a rude “who cares” and no kind greeting or “thanks for staying”. He seemed bothered. That’s definitely not how staff should be interacting with guests and was the most recent part I will remember about the stay if I do consider rebooking in future.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Zoe Ruby. Staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. Pablo makes delicious cocktails. Not so keen on having to get coffee from station in hallway, had to get dressed, a robe in the room would have been useful. Great shower and comfortable beds.

They asked us for a lot of information at the front desk when checking in, more than normal. I travel internationally for work often and am never asked for this much information. They also make you type it all in yourself on an iPad. It felt tacky.

For the price paid (which wasn’t too high) this was an adequate place to stay for one night - I think I spent less than 11 hours in the room/at the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the although the shower / toilet set up won’t be for everyone, as a solo traveller, it was fine.
What I didn’t like was having to venture to the end of the corridor for a cuppa in the morning.
Also, the lack of fridge in the room for the average prices this Ruby Zoe isn’t acceptable.
In summary, fine for an overnight stay but lacks comfort for a longer trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here! What was amazing was they had a room ready when we showed up after our early morning flight arrival - game changer! Super convenient to the Tube, super chill vibe... The only thing I could find as a "fault" would be there are no drawers in the room but we made it work with no issue.

I loved everything about this Hotel. The room was spacious, it was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was also safe and quiet, and public transits were all in walkable distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip to London!
