Ruby ZOE HOTEL LONDON by IHG

Staff was amazing!!! Rooms were awkward in terms of layout but fine. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

We stayed for two nights, Ruby Zoe is the perfect hotel base for Wimbledon and central London. Notting Hill also has some great eateries locally. We were assigned an accessibility room which wasn’t required but was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had drinks at the bar which were very good! If we’re ever back at Wimbeldon or visiting family in London I wouldn’t hesitate to book the Ruby Zoe again.

I would definitely stay here again. I love how modern and fresh the hotel was. The breakfast was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room with a music theme. I stayed during the May heat wave and the aircon was perfect. Very convenient location with multiple supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stop and tube stations a short walk away.

Solid AC for hot days: coworking space a great bonus when London closed down for the heat!

Stayed for 2 nights in June . Very friendly staff when we checked in , Gave us the option of room being made up the next morning or a free drink from the bar , which we thought was a good idea . Bed really comfortable . Really good location from the tube station . Would definitely book again .

Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch

La chambre était très propre avec une belle vue sur le quartier Notting Hill. L'hôtel était bien placé dans le quartier, près des autobus et station de métro, épicerie etc et très tranquille le soir. Nous avons apprécié également le bar à tisanes/thés sur l'étage. La douche était super, grosse pomme de douche et bonne pression d'eau. Le personnel hyper sympathique. Le check-out était simple, juste à laisser sa clé au comptoir.

The Ruby Zoe was a wonderful spot for my short stay in London. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - a great start to each day! However, my favourite part was the hotel bar/lounge that is available 24/7. It was a great spot to wind down after my day, with music playing, and light foods and drinks always available! I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 5 nights in Notting Hill and this hotel was located in a great location, right around the corner from portobello road and plenty of shops and restaurants. There were also plenty of grocery and liquor stores nearby. The downstairs common area, and bar are very cute and charming. The bar had good drinks and the seating areas are unique. Our room was okay. We had alot of things to do so it’s not like we planned on lounging in our room, but one thing happened after another. First night we got in, we had just taken a 6 hour train ride and were exhausted. We showered and took a 2 hour nap right when we arrived. While we were sleeping the lamp on my side of the bed snapped and fell to the floor waking us up, it was super odd. But after examining it, it looked like it had previously broken and someone had glued it back on. We brought the broken part down to the desk and explained what happened so we wouldn’t get blamed and he just stared at us and said okay. Then the next night we came back to the hotel and house keeping had cleaned our room. We got in bed and pulled the comforter over us, and my fiance gagged because his side of the blanket smelled of mildew. There’s also no phone in the rooms so you can’t just call the front desk. He went down and explained and the concierge was super nice and brought us new bedding and we changed it ourselves. The manager gave us a free drink and a free breakfast on our last morning. So that was kind of him.

Ruby Zoe was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We did have to walk or bus to many main attractions, but we found many excellent restaurants and pubs in the area. I would recommend!

Great location with the tube station and bus line 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are quiet, and the bed is very comfy.
