Loved the vibe of this hotel, the views over North London from the room and the excellent breakfast. It's well located for tube and bus.

Fabulous Aircon and best shower ever

A wonderful little boutique hotel. Eclectic lobby with a wonderful, large lounge and bar – perfect for a work/mini-holiday trip. Fantastic location as well, steps away from the Central line of the Underground. Very high recommend.

Stayed for a week for work and was quite happy with everything - especially the staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind and fun. Really appreciated it and would stay there again!

Rooms are cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

Great location great hotel

The Ruby Zoe was a unique hotel. It is well-situated in the Notting Hill/Portobello Road area within a quick walking distance to several tube stations and bus stops. As others have mentioned, the rooms were compact but user—friendly. I like that there were coffee and tea stations on each floor rather than in the rooms. The hotel cleans rooms every 3 nights automatically. If you waive cleaning the other days during your stay, you receive a drink ticket instead. We enjoyed some of the FIFA World Cup games with a food and drink special several evenings. The breakfast, which is offered as an add-on to the room price or pay as you go, was delicious with lots of options. In addition to breakfast, the hotel has a coffee and liquor bar, as well as a light food menu, in the evenings with comfortable, casual seating areas. Also, as others have mentioned, the staff was terrific. Carolina directed us to a delicious, traditional fish and chips place and offered transportation options to other areas of London. Carlos always greeted us with a smile and great service. Again, this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Notting Hill and Kensington

Staff was amazing!!! Rooms were awkward in terms of layout but fine. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

We stayed for two nights, Ruby Zoe is the perfect hotel base for Wimbledon and central London. Notting Hill also has some great eateries locally. We were assigned an accessibility room which wasn’t required but was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had drinks at the bar which were very good! If we’re ever back at Wimbeldon or visiting family in London I wouldn’t hesitate to book the Ruby Zoe again.

I would definitely stay here again. I love how modern and fresh the hotel was. The breakfast was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room with a music theme. I stayed during the May heat wave and the aircon was perfect. Very convenient location with multiple supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stop and tube stations a short walk away.

Solid AC for hot days: coworking space a great bonus when London closed down for the heat!

Stayed for 2 nights in June . Very friendly staff when we checked in , Gave us the option of room being made up the next morning or a free drink from the bar , which we thought was a good idea . Bed really comfortable . Really good location from the tube station . Would definitely book again .

Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch

Loved Ruby Zoe - great value staying in a gorgeous part of London

La chambre était très propre avec une belle vue sur le quartier Notting Hill. L'hôtel était bien placé dans le quartier, près des autobus et station de métro, épicerie etc et très tranquille le soir. Nous avons apprécié également le bar à tisanes/thés sur l'étage. La douche était super, grosse pomme de douche et bonne pression d'eau. Le personnel hyper sympathique. Le check-out était simple, juste à laisser sa clé au comptoir.
