I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. Friendly staff and great location. Mosquito screens need to be installed on the bathroom vent hole to prevent any kind of bugs coming into the room. Quite unpleasant.

- check out took longer than expected, n we weren’t called back, so we had to follow up ourselves.
- previously, i was assisted with having an item brought from the reception to my room. however, when i ordered room service yesterday n requested the same, it was confirmed via WhatsApp that it could be done. i even gave an extra tip when the room service arrived. but when the order was delivered the item wasn’t brought. when I followed up on WhatsApp, i was then told it wasn’t possible. it felt like a trap *sorry 🤷🏻♀️🙏

Good: Affordable for this kind of inn! The staffs were friendly, the lobby was very clean and smelled good, check-in process was efficient, room was clean, beds were comfy and even got two pillows, AC worked well, there's TV, there's hot water (yay!) / To consider by future visitors: No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring your own or buy on the lobby (they sell those needs, but towels were provided), no lift, parking area was limited especially for cars. / Will come again for sure 😁 💕

I will not stay here again. The room was very humid, the hot water was not working correctly, and the room beside me was deafening at night, yet I knew no one there. It was very creepy.
