The staff could be friendlier, and communication between the receptionist and luggage staff could be improved so guests don't have to wait long for luggage to arrive in their rooms or check out. Breakfast has minimal menu variety and, to our taste, it's quite lacking.

When I asked for a parking ticket stamp at the reception, they told me it was only 30 minutes, even though they didn't scan it, just stamp it as usual. If the stamping area was easy to access, it wouldn't be a problem, but this one requires climbing up and down stairs, and from the parking lot, there's another climb. Since I'm bringing my 2.5-year-old child, please make it easier. There's no harm in it, because I want to stop for dinner near the hotel before leaving the parking lot.
