Soap is given and there is a gallon of water on each floor. There are hot water facilities. Close to Grand Indonesia, can walk less than 1 km. Based on my experience during a 3-night stay, overall it is quite comfortable to stay here.

Safe because the door is always locked and opened by staff, the access door to the room is different and only staff can open the fingerprint so guests are very safe without worrying about strangers entering The staff is friendly and helpful in everything, the kitchen is clean complete with cutlery, refrigerator, oven, electric stove.
