. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

I spent 3 night for birthday staycation here. And it was an awesome experience! The room is spacious, the staffs are all kind & friendly, and I like their breakfast. Would love to stay in Fraser Residence Menteng again.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

Pengalaman pertama menginap disini, really surprised since they upgraded my room. Its really spacious and very nice room. Thank you for the reception who did it. I forgot the name. But, you need to upgrade the food. The foods are really basic for breakfast. I was expecting too high perhaps. But, really enjoyed the room and the hospitality. Will be back for sure

This hotel is one of the hidden gems of 5 star hotel in Jakarta. The hotel itself are a bit classical modern in design, you have parking lots at the basement, security is great, location is strategic, and the service is awesome. You can get lost pretty easily in this hotel, because of its shaped like a maze, but once you go around couple of times, it should be fine. The food in this hotel's great, although the in room dining is a bit expensive, but the taste are very good. It's room are one of the highlights, its very clean, comfortable, and they provided every amenities that's supposed to be there, or you can ask them to provide you with anything you need. Overall, for its price and its stars, this is one of the best hotels for you to stay because of its features that rivals any 5 star hotels in Jakarta. I will stay here over couple of hotels because I love the hotel!

it was great to spent a night in media and tower hotel. a classic modern hotel with strategic location. the room is comfy and clean. the staff very humble and nice. they greets everyone nicely. the foods is various and good taste

The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

I had the most pleasant stay in Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel. The staffs, espescially Mbak Layla is super duper humble and helpful. The room was good, foods was delicious. The moment when join celebrating my sister's birthday is just heartwarming. Thank you for your super hospitality. Will comeback soon

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

Clean hotel, check in was great. The breakfast was ala carte but the menu was good. The balcony's small but it is cool. Location is good, it's far from main road so you can sleep well. Nice hotel.

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

A place that never fails me each time I do staycation on weekend or public holiday awesome! You guys just need to fix the morning breakfast and please switch on the aircon during breakfast definitely will come back again and spend more nights in this lovely budget hotel
