Geary Hotel is right across from the train station. All around it are food stalls and restaurants so food should not be a problem. If you don't mind walking, Braga street is about a leisurely 20 minute walk away, but just be prepared to navigate the rather heavy traffic. The hotel itself is clean. The room we booked was spacious for the two of us, and the bed was firm but comfortable. My booking came with breakfast, and the spread was pretty good with local Indonesian fare along with bread, cereal, and the customary tea and coffee. As far as the service, expect nothing but friendly and helpful service from the staff. The reception can also help you call for a taxi to your destination, if you so wish. The hotel comes highly recommended if you're looking for a great stay in Bandung.

Overall, my two-night stay was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel staff helped us unload our luggage and provided free valet service so we didn't have to look for parking inside the mall. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and varied, the room was comfortable, clean, quite spacious with good room amenities. The hotel facilities themselves were complete and clean.
