The staff is quite friendly, responsive, and disability-friendly. The atmosphere is unique, like being in Bali due to the beautiful architecture. The place is clean, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The air conditioning is cool, Wi-Fi is free, and access to tourist attractions and restaurants is close. The breakfast menu is delicious and quite complete. Thank you for the service. My family and I felt comfortable and will definitely stay here again. This place is highly recommended. 👍

The sofa was also clean and odor-free. The food was delicious and varied. We received a birthday cake at our request when booking, and we chose to have it delivered to our room. Recommended hotel.

Our recent stay at Discovery Ancol was an absolute blast for the whole family. We chose this hotel primarily for its unbeatable location within the Ancol Dreamland area, as we were attending the Dream Theater concert nearby. Being able to skip the heavy traffic after a high-energy show and head straight back to a comfortable room was a total game-changer. The Vibe & Facilities The hotel strikes a perfect balance for parents and children. While we (the parents) were there for the music, the facilities kept the kids more than entertained. The children's play area is impressive and very well-maintained, offering plenty of activities to keep them busy. It’s one of those rare places where the "Parents are happy, and the kids are happy too!" The Breakfast Experience (A Major Highlight!) The breakfast buffet at Discovery Ancol is incredibly comprehensive. They offer a wide array of options that cater to both local and international palates: Live Cooking Stations: Freshly made omelets, pancakes, and waffles that were a hit with the kids. Indonesian Corner: A rich selection of traditional dishes like Nasi Goreng, Bubur Ayam, and flavorful Indonesian noodles. Pastry & Bakery: A huge variety of croissants, danishes, and fresh bread with assorted jams. Healthy Options: A fresh salad bar, seasonal fruits, and chilled juices to start the day right. Kids' Section: They even have a dedicated area with child-friendly bites and snacks, which made the morning routine so much easier. Final Verdict Whether you are in Ancol for a concert, visiting Dunia Fantasi, or just looking for a weekend getaway, Discovery Ancol is a top-tier choice. Great service, excellent facilities for children, and a breakfast spread that will leave you fueled up for the day. We will definitely be back for our next Ancol adventure!

Stayed in room 201 for two days because I was attending a Foo Fighters concert at Ancol. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pillows, sheets, and blanket were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The room was quite spacious, reasonably priced, and had a view of the street in front of the hotel. The soundproofing was quite good; some noise was audible, but not disturbing. With the affordable price and good facilities, it was definitely worth it. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.
