I really liked the hotel. If I ever go to Ancol again, I'll definitely stay here again. A 4-star hotel with a very affordable price. The facilities are great, and it's both kid- and family-friendly. The breakfast is also varied. There are also MSME tenants accessible directly from the hotel, so if you want to eat, you don't have to go to the hotel restaurant or go far away.

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.
