Lots of kids' activities, including free face painting, a clown making balloons for the kids, a playground, and a pool large enough for kids. The staff were helpful and friendly. Stayed for 2 days with different main menus...various types of food.

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.

Our family and I extended our stay and didn't want to move anywhere else because we were so comfortable staying here. Dufan is close by, a Grab ride away is only Rp. 30,000, Monas is close, Hotel Indonesia is close, and Mangga Dua is just a short walk away.
