Stayed here during a K-pop concert near Kokas. My first impression was impressive, as the front desk officer was very friendly. Upon entering, the room was neat and cool. It was very comfortable and clean. It's close to Transjakarta bus stop 4B for Manggarai KRL station, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, which you'll enter via LG East. Overall, 10/10 recommended.

The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.

My experience of staying here was very pleasant, the first entrance to the hotel looked very clean in the frontliner, the clerk also swiftly served, entering the 2nd floor was surprised because the carpet on the floor looked clean and new. Getting into the room feels a surprise because the rooms are very spacious and clean unlike the hotels today. The point is very very good for this hotel. Salute!

I have stayed at Avissa Hotel for 6 months, and for my current visit, I chose Avissa from the many hotels in Jakarta because I already know and like staying at Avissa with all its goodness, it doesn't need to be luxurious like 5 stars but Avissa offers other things that I might not be able to experience in other places, like staying at home, hopefully Avissa continues to be better and more advanced, recommended place to visit when in Jakarta.

The hotel staff is friendly from the security, receptionist, room service is very very good, especially the two ladies at the reception and also the man who cleaned the room and the room service is very excellent. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay at Amaris Hotel Kuningan and I will also suggest to my friends to stay here if they go to Jakarta. Kudos and bravo to the staff.
