The staff was very friendly and on standby when we checked in at 9 pm. The room was spacious and the bed was soft according to hotel standards. The swimming pool was sufficient for children and adults. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The location is very close to the famous Sate Maranggi Sari Asih and inside a housing complex. But the gate is quite large so it can be seen from the highway. Security is also guaranteed because every time you exit the main gate you are asked for an access card. I think it's worth the price. I'll come back later.

As always, Meize has remained our first choice for budget hotel business trips in my office. Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. I had a wonderful stay at Royal Safari Garden Resort & Convention. The service was excellent, the facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the hotel is very kids-friendly, making it perfect for a family vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast experience. It was very enjoyable, and we were warmly assisted by Mr. Mulyana, who was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. His hospitality made our morning even more pleasant. Overall, highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway with great service and facilities.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.
