Location is the best. Very near shopping malls, MRT/MRL station, restaurants and also some viral spots! Steps away from Donki which is open 24 hours! Service and hospitality are top-notch. I received an upgrade to a deluxe room during my stay. Will definitely come back for my next visit to KL!

The location is very strategic, right next to Lot 10, across from Pavilion, with lots of food stalls in front of the hotel, and close to the MRT. Check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms are always cleaned. I had a triple room with a king-size bed and a single bed, perfect for two adults and two young children.

Pros: Quite comfortable, close to the MRT, mall, and Transum. It was a bit noisy because there was a festival right in front of the hotel, so it was understandable. Cons: - The toilet and bathroom layout was very odd. There were two opaque doors facing the bed, which made us uncomfortable. - The northern entrance to the hotel, closest to the MRT, closes at 10:00, so if you return to the hotel after that time, you have to walk further to the east entrance. - There are no power outlets near the bed, only on the desk. Please provide more power outlets.

Location is very nice, close to food and shopping center. BUT I had a very bad experience where the AC was not cold after 6 hours from check-in, asked them to check. When I got back after 2 hours, still not fixed. Waited till 11:30 midnight and got a bad response from the Duty Manager that has bad customer complaint handling. I'm done with this hotel, not recommended at all.

The hotel area is close to everywhere, right in front of the Pavilion, the quality of the bed/mattress has been poor for a long time, it needs to be replaced.
