Location is the best. Very near shopping malls, MRT/MRL station, restaurants and also some viral spots! Steps away from Donki which is open 24 hours! Service and hospitality are top-notch. I received an upgrade to a deluxe room during my stay. Will definitely come back for my next visit to KL!

The blanket was dirty and unusable. I asked for an exchange, but it was just as dirty. I got a room on the 7th floor of an older hotel that hadn't been renovated yet. Great location.

The receptionist's friendliness needs improvement. This is the first time I've encountered such a rude hotel receptionist. I wanted to request a one-hour late check-out because I was bringing two elderly people in wheelchairs, but they refused. This hotel is not disability-friendly.

Pros: Quite comfortable, close to the MRT, mall, and Transum. It was a bit noisy because there was a festival right in front of the hotel, so it was understandable. Cons: - The toilet and bathroom layout was very odd. There were two opaque doors facing the bed, which made us uncomfortable. - The northern entrance to the hotel, closest to the MRT, closes at 10:00, so if you return to the hotel after that time, you have to walk further to the east entrance. - There are no power outlets near the bed, only on the desk. Please provide more power outlets.
