Very strategic hotel in Bukit Bintang. Just walk to find food, street food is everywhere. Just cross to Damascus Kebab and Pavilion Mall. Recommended for you if you want to explore Bukit Bintang. Need to change bed type to become a little bit softer for me, I don't like hard beds.

The blanket was dirty and unusable. I asked for an exchange, but it was just as dirty. I got a room on the 7th floor of an older hotel that hadn't been renovated yet. Great location.

The receptionist's friendliness needs improvement. This is the first time I've encountered such a rude hotel receptionist. I wanted to request a one-hour late check-out because I was bringing two elderly people in wheelchairs, but they refused. This hotel is not disability-friendly.

We booked a triple room for 3 adults and 1 child. The room was spacious and had a big window. It was nice, and we would like to come back someday for sure.

Great location next to Lot 10. Didn't try breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know if there's any food available. The staff are friendly, especially the cleaning staff. There's no gym or pool.

Hotel facilities include a swimming pool and gym. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, next to Lot 10 off Jalan Bukit Bintang. The cleaning staff are very friendly.

Perfect for family stay, nice and helpful hotel staff, clean and comfy. Very close to MRT and Monorail station, just a 2-3 minute walk. Surrounded by shopping malls and many restaurants.
