Meliá KL exceeded my expectations—perfect location right across from Berjaya Times Square and just steps away from Bukit Bintang and Imbi Monorail Station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great city view. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast had a wide selection of local and international dishes, all delicious. Truly a great choice for both leisure and business travelers—I’ll definitely stay here again!

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

The hotel is in Bukit Bintang, located just behind Berjaya Times Square, which made it super convenient. There's a convenient store nearby, and the hotel itself has a café. The street also offers plenty of food options, so it's great for dining. The nearest station is the Imbi Monorail, which you can easily reach by walking through Berjaya Times Square. The room was very modern, spacious, and clean—one of the best I've stayed in. I stayed for 2 days, and they made sure to clean the room and refill amenities like water and tissue. There's also an iron available in the hallway. The receptionist was very helpful and available 24 hours without any extra charge. There was no deposit or extra charges during my stay, except for the tourism tax, which was rm 10 per night. Overall, a great stay with great value for the location and service!

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. Hotel Imperial Bukit Bintang

The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much. The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night. The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner. There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff also friendly. Location is very strategic. In front of hotel is jalan alor street food so if you hungry, you just out of hotel and can found many restaurant and street food. Just 5 minutes by walk if you want to go to pavilion. Recommended hotel.
