Booked here 3 times this year. Atmosphere was great, staffs are great everything is great. If you're a backpacker and looking for an accommodation near Makati this would be it. The room was clean and the CR had hot & cold shower. The AC and ref were working perfectly fine. You can have your breakfast served in your room or in the resto, Mrs. V, which is stylish and had good food. The location was great with a 7/11 nearby. However, our TV was not working but we didn't mind because their wifi connection was fast so we just used our phones instead. Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were all polite and was quick to respond.

I stayed here for a night, but I can definitely stay here longer! The location is very convenient and accessible, took about 15-20 minutes from Naia terminal 3. The room is fully equipped, a home away from home type. The receptionist Sara/Sarah is not just beautiful but very friendly, helpful and calm. The building has 711, Pan De Manila, Spa/Salon and Photocopy shop on its front part. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. The price is really inexpensive for such a great accommodation. Totally recommended and looking forward to be back😊👍

I’M Hotel Makati

IM hotel is one of the best hotel in Makati ever, place in one of corner of Manila. The employee was very helpful and their hospitality was nice. They also provide massage service full with spa and sauna, it's very nice to have such a good experience with onsen. Recommended
