All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the shared bathrooms as well. This was my second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint.

Just got back from a Singapore trip and honestly didn’t expect much from the hotel… but it turned out soo good ✨ We were just looking for something affordable for 4 people, and ended up getting a room with 4 single beds which was super comfy btw! The room isn’t that big, but still spacious enough, clean, and really cozy after a long day out. Service was great too, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to MRT and bus stops, so getting around was super easy. Also near malls and Mustafa Centre, so finding food or souvenirs was no struggle at all. Overall, really happy with this stay. Highly recommend if you’re going to Singapore and looking for a budget-friendly but comfy place!

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

As usual, staying at Mi Hotel Bencoolen was amazing. This was our second stay here, and it remains our favorite. While the main reason we initially chose this hotel was the bidet, we returned because of the fantastic overall experience. The location is top-notch and incredibly accessible. From Changi Airport, it is only one MRT transfer away, and the Bencoolen station exit is just a short walk from the hotel doors. Getting around is just as easy; it's close to the Downtown and Circle MRT lines, and only a few steps away from multiple bus stops that can take you anywhere in Singapore with ease. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and offered enough space. This time, we tried the balcony room, which had a lovely view—perfect for hanging out at night (it’s nice during the day, too, but the Singapore weather is quite hot!). A major highlight remains the bidet, which many hotels in Singapore do not provide. Lastly, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, as always; they even let us check in early. Overall, it was another great experience at Mi Hotel Bencoolen, and we won’t be looking for any other hotel for our next visit!

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! Room was prepared by the time I reached (around 2pm). Deposited $100 cash (can use credit card too) with reception as hotel policy. Loved the room, which came with bathtub as well! Room was clean and had no issues with it. Living Room had a Sound bar which can connect to Bluetooth to play music, while both TVs had cable TV (no connection to Netflix). Loved the gigantic fridge and the complimentary coffee capsules and coffee machine:-) I must mention that there are so many wall plugs everywhere, don't have to worry about not having enough slots for your devices! Bedroom TV suddenly wasn't working at night (around 12.30am) but called reception and technician swiftly changed the TV (took about 15 minutes). For the rooftop pool, required to book slot during check-in. Need to go to lobby to collect keycard at the start of slot and return at the end of slot. Towels can be found on the left of lifts. View from rooftop pool was beautiful (and I think night view would be even better!) Location of hotel was good. Right downstairs there was 7-11 in case you want some late night snacks/drinks. Right across the road is Haji Lane, where you can visit some beautiful cafes. Many places to explore around the hotel. Believe Suntec City is also about 10-15min walking distance from hotel. Great stay overall and would love to come back again! Will constantly be looking out for sales/promos!

A wonderful experience, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. From the lobby to the room, everything was in good condition. The towels were fresh and fragrant, the amenities were good, and the mattress and pillows were clean, especially the bidet. All the staff were very kind and easy to talk to, especially SHARAN! She provided excellent service and had an interesting character. Hopefully, they can continue to maintain the good quality and improve even further in the future!

I choose double pod for me and my husband on the 2nd floor. in 1 room there are 4 double pod and 4 small locker also have 2 "working well" aircond. the nearest MRT station is Bendemeer, just walking around 500m from the hostel. about the shoes, you can put in front of the hostel :) this hostel also give the safety for guest with private access code to the room, the staff very friendly and helpful. beside the hostel, there is 1 restaurant with reasonable price, complete menu, and delicious. the staff also very friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Elegance. The service was truly satisfying, especially thanks to the receptionist, Samuel C.K., who was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived early at around 11 AM, and to our surprise, we were already allowed to check in without any additional charge. Not only that, but we were also given a room with a great view at no extra cost, which made our experience even more special. The room was clean and pleasantly fragrant. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent—strong and consistent—and the hot water worked perfectly. Another great feature was the availability of drinking water directly from the tap, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for future visits. I would definitely stay here again.
