Disappointed that they charge for plain water in the restaurants. Not sparkling, bottled or specialty water, but just water.

From the moment you walk through the front doors, elegance is everywhere you look. The staff is the most professional staff we've ever encountered ( and we've encountered a lot). The room was nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We booked a balcony room that looked out over the outdoor dining area and pools. We included the breakfast and it's worth it...lots of choices for every taste. We didn't use any of the facilities because we booked tours everyday we were there, however if we'd chosen to stay in the hotel, there's tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, massages, facials, bars restaurants. There's a huge botanical garden across the street that's worth a stroll. Absolutely worth the price.

This was booked as a five star hotel, it was a five star hotel with 3 star rooms, amenities and guest care. Had much better service at Premier inn at a third of the cost. Budget hotel with premium prices. Check in staff were unhelpful. When we went into our room there was an awful smell from the fridge, the air con was not working the room had poor light so put on the standard lamp that didn’t work either. Went down to the desk to speak with them and explained the problems and said perhaps we were doing something wrong. There was no instruction for anything. I was told by Rosa that I was British and she thought it was typical of us to complain about nothing because I was English. She made me feel very uncomfortable and it turned out the fridge was broken and needed to be replaced, the lamp was broken and was replaced and the air con was not working so someone had to go into the loft to fix it. Not at any time was there an apology or anyvsupport. They would take out dirty towels and not replace them, we do not drink coffee so they took out the machine and provided a kettle but to get t bags or milk was like pulling teeth. In the end we just bought them from the local shop. We just as well gone self catering because that was what we were doing. Thank goodness for the local spar. Noisy emptying recycling banks at 10.30pm lots of traffic noise. Verandas had no privacy. No way is this a 5 star hotel. At a stretch it is a budget hotel with pretty interior.

What a beautiful place to stay. Nothing was to much trouble from the staff. Everyone has been so help and friendly and hard working. This hotel have been nothing short of outstanding.

Loved the spa at this hotel, a wonderful stay

Gorgeous hotel, great swimming pool, beautiful grounds/garden, and turtles by the restaurant! Next to the beautiful park! This wasn’t our first time at this hotel, and we were so looking forward to another treat. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of sewage, and the air conditioning barely worked—while being extremely noisy. We complained at reception, and someone was sent to spray the room with air freshener, resulting in a horrible combination of sewage and sweet scents. After further complaints, our room was finally changed the next day. The food in the restaurant was plentiful but didn’t look fresh—ham and bacon had a strange color. I thought that was one off but next two days it looked the same. Croque madame was inedible, eggs with pieces of egg shell, undercooked omelette. I am not fussy eater but sorry my family could not eat it. The staff were not friendly at all, especially around the swimming pool, where they were very rude. No single smile, barely responded with some sound when thanked them in Spanish… Iberostar, please consider that some guests spend a year or longer waiting for their dream holidays and choose your hotel at a significant cost (200 eur per night). Please treat your visitors with care!

Parking should have been included. Otherwise - great stay

The only downside to this hotel is that it's such a nice place with a great staff, lovely garden, beautiful swimming pool and much more. My concern is that it will be SO popular that us little people will never get a room there again! 😳🤔😄😆 A great hotel. Super wonderful staff. I'd encourage them to.expand their TV channel selection though. We would absolutely stay there again. 🙏
