Staying at Lovina Inn in Polux is fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The instructions are very detailed and clear. And most importantly the apartment is very nice, oh yes because in the apartment there is a small kitchen with complete equipment that can be used for cooking while staying. And most importantly it is very comfortable to stay here with family 👍 the location access is good and strategic. Cool 🌼🌼

With the same room, I have checked in 4 times here. The reason is because it is comfortable, if it is not comfortable, I will not want to come back again 😁. The cleanliness is okay. Guest comfort is prioritized. And 1 thing is the honesty of the team, items left in the room even though they are not that important are still informed. Cool ah 👍.

It’s also easy to book any ride-hailing app as the hotel is located in a well-known area, making travel around the city smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.
