My Superior Room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with all the amenities working perfectly—the AC was cold, the hot water was flowing, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for a bit of work. The bed was also comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly after a day of exploring Malang. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious.

In my opinion, it's the best hotel. The service is incredibly friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean. The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.
