Best of the best recommended hotel. Super friendly and helpful service. Seeing that I was carrying a lot of luggage, the man insisted on taking me to the shuttle station. The bed was soft, the room was spacious, clean, and very cool, and comfortable. God willing, I'll definitely stay here again if I ever come to Malang.

The service is very satisfying, always offered tea, coffee, milk, and a comfortable place to spend time with family or friends. It feels very homey here, you can ask for help with laundry and even have it dry in a day. They speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, and Indonesian. They can also take you on tours to Bromo and many other tourist attractions. The bathroom also has hot water. The place is clean and there is a living room for relaxing. Highly recommended if you are in Malang, stay here and come back again.

My family and I had a very comfortable 2-night stay at DIPI Guest House. The place is neat, clean, fragrant, the hot water and AC work well, and the amenities are very complete (brush, toothpaste, soap, new towels, and complete cooking utensils, including a rice cooker). The location is very strategic. The check-in and check-out process are easy and hassle-free. We stayed here to attend a friend's wedding at Hotel Santika and the Sabilillah Mosque in Malang, less than 5 minutes away. There is a washing machine and iron, very helpful for preparing bridesmaids' clothes. The location is also close to Bu Kris, Bakso Bakar President, and the housing complex gate. Friends who visited also praised the cozy and aesthetic place. Highly recommended & will book again for the next trip to Malang 👍😊

My experience staying here with my husband was very pleasant. I like the concept of a minimalist but luxurious hotel. The place in the center of Malang is not too difficult to find near the train station too. The place is really cool, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean and super comfortable for me and my husband. Anyway, this will be one of my favorite hotels to stay if you vacation in Malang again :)

My second time staying here within a month because I love it that much! Between the strategic location, spacious parking, and super attentive staff, it’s a total win. The rooms are cozy, the food spread is great, and the event decor is a nice touch. It would be awesome to see more cool spots for photos, especially with the free photo program available right now 🙂

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.
