The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family vacation or short staycation in Lembang. This hotel's service is the best, from security to the receptionist. I was hopeless when I ordered online transportation and no one would pick me up at 7 PM. Luckily, there was a security guard, Mr. Dedi, who was willing to take me. Next time I'm in the Cikole area again, I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff is very helpful, there are plenty of bathrooms, a prayer room, the place is very comfortable, and breakfast is included with the selected room type. The best stay in Lembang, with its cool, natural ambiance, yet clean and serene. There were plenty of interesting activities, from exploring the area around the lodge, to a sense of calm because the staff were always ready to help with luggage, questions, and even during the activities. A memorable activity was the trekking, guided by Mas Aceng. He was very responsive in assisting us and even went the extra mile by helping us document our stay. Mas Aceng was very helpful. Thank you, The Lodge Maribaya, for the interesting and enjoyable experience. It's nice to see a lodge staffed by friendly and helpful staff.

Upon arrival at the guesthouse, the room was spacious enough for our family (2 children). The manager was very friendly. Sugar, tea, and hot water were always refilled every morning. Overall, the accommodation was pleasant, relaxing, and close to Lembang town square and other tourist attractions in Lembang. Overall, I didn't regret staying there. Next time I go to Bandung, I must stay here again.

Great accommodation. Cleanliness is maintained, both in the rooms and the surrounding area. The fish pond is quite unique, complete with a boat for exploring. I left my power bank in the room, but the staff confirmed it and sent it back to the address and it was received in good condition. OUTSTANDING. If the maximum hotel rating was 5 stars, I would give Sapulidi Resort 6 or 7 stars.
