This is our third year-end vacation in Malang in a row, and we always stay at the Alimar Hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with small children. The hotel is also close to Pasar Besar and other shopping areas, and it's not too far to the Kajoetangan tourist area. The service and staff are also friendly, even when it's crowded. A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. In my experience staying at 5-star hotels, Tugu Malang is probably one of the best. The entire building's architecture, ornaments, furniture, paintings, and statues create a sense of comfort that's hard to describe. The restaurant is also top-notch, allowing you to choose any combination of dishes from the menu, while still offering a mini-portion buffet. This is certainly good for the environment and reduces food waste without sacrificing guest satisfaction. The hospitality and service from the entire staff are also excellent.
