I recommended it! It's worth your money! This is a very good hotel for you when you need transit. It's near the airport and has free shuttle service to the airport too. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. I absolutely will come back again if I need a transit flight.

We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. Pool was great too, exceptionally clean and not crowded, overall a really pleasant experience and will definitely come back again for a longer stay

I was really nicely surprised by this budget hotel. I did not expect it to be everything it was said in the reviews and depicted in their pictures. The pick-up service at the airport was very nice and just as described, according to schedule. Driver was super accurate and helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and adequate. Everything was complete, compact and helpful. It was more than enough for a person or a family who is transiting to get the next flight on the next day. Even for backpackers, this hotel is really recommended. Thank you so much, Ibis Budget and Traveloka. We had a really nice stay and service at such a low price.

As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.
