Room and Cleanliness: The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The room size is standard but comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was clean, the sheets smelled good, and the AC was cool. The bathroom was well-maintained with hot water that worked well. For this price, the cleanliness was above expectations. 2. Service: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in. The administrative process was fast and straightforward. When I asked for information on nearby restaurants, the staff promptly provided accurate recommendations. 3. Facilities: The hotel provides complete basic facilities such as stable free WiFi, a parking area, and a restaurant. The restaurant's location on the ground floor makes it easy to have breakfast or dinner without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but varied for a hotel in its class. 4. Location: Hotel Radja's location is very strategic. The modern interior design created a comfortable feeling from the moment I entered. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked optimally, and the bathroom was clean with consistent hot water. Housekeeping arrived on time and paid attention to detail in cleaning the room. 2. Staff Service The front office and concierge teams were very professional, friendly, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Every request I had was handled promptly and politely, reflecting the high standards of service at a star-rated hotel. 3. Facilities The pool and gym area are well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The pool is spacious and includes a children's pool, and the view from the pool is also stunning, as it is located on the top floor. 4. Strategic Location The hotel is located in the center of Samarinda, close to shopping centers, hospitals, and offices. Access to APT Pranoto Airport is also relatively easy, making it convenient for guests with busy schedules. Overall, Horison Ultima Samarinda offers good value for money. Starting from the spacious parking lot, the friendly and helpful receptionist service, the complete facilities, there are aesthetic art paintings in every hallway, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, just happened to get one without windows yesterday, for the gym facilities are also quite ok and complete but access is a bit difficult because it is on the 2nd floor where the hallway is locked (so you need a 2nd floor access card that can be requested at the receptionist first if the hallway is locked), the wifi is smooth, there is a dispenser if you want hot water and water refills, for breakfast food is varied and delicious. Overall good and recommended.

The recommendations I read were true. Hotel Yello was very clean, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow. I usually have trouble sleeping if the mattress isn't so comfortable. The hotel is easy to access everywhere, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
