It's really nice to stay here, this is the second time, previously before changing the name, the staff was friendly and very helpful, I was quite bothered when checking in for birthday greetings for two rooms, but was served very well and when checking out I even left some things behind, they helped me find them and found them.. the swimming pool is also nice, the kids don't want to stop swimming.. if possible, maybe next time a children's pool under 5 years old can be added... Hopefully the service will remain OK and get better... thank you

The bed is comfortable with two pillows per mattress (I ordered a twin bed), the hotel area and room smell good, the hot water is running, there is a refrigerator, there is a work desk, the AC is cold, the staff are friendly and very helpful, not stingy with soap and shampoo... Beyond expectations, it turns out that the cheapest room type, the standard twin, is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the room is clean, the bedsheets smell good, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works normally, the toilet is clean, the TV can have various channels, the room is small but comfortable, the carpeted floor makes the room warm with the AC coldness that can be adjusted on the panel next to the door... Overall, I am very satisfied staying here, and will stay there again when visiting Surabaya, keep up the good work...

First time staying here, and felt comfortable because the staff were friendly and communicative. Apart from the large selection of room service menus, there are also many dining options to suit your taste. I deliberately chose this hotel because it was close to the training venue, and it turned out it was also not far from the city center. However, you still get a calm atmosphere and are far from the noise of passing vehicles, even though you are right on the side of the road.

I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.
