The rooms are comfortable & clean, the AC is cold, the tv channels are many & clear, the wifi is fast, the facilities are complete, plus the view from room 31 is very beautiful. When do you want to stay here again?

First time staycation here. Overall good. According to the price. Just a little advice. Mattresses and pillows make it itchy. And the women's rinse room in the swimming pool area has a leaky shower.

Can be on the 29th floor with a view facing south, the room is quite comfortable, suitable for a work staycation with a wide view, the apartment and hotel lifts are separated, the hotel staff are friendly. Unfortunately the balcony of the room cannot be opened, a little difficult for smoking guests because of the minimal smoking area, the breakfast taste is less attractive and still needs improvement in the variety and taste. The location around the hotel is a bit inconvenient because there is a toll road construction project. The elevator to the basement error does not want to go down to the basement.

The floor is a bit less clean and the air conditioner is not cold enough. And when we stayed, there was trouble in the visitor elevator. Pretty annoying.

There is a sound in the room. The next room opens and closes the door, slides a chair, speaks audibly. Not comfortable for resting. For the standard breakfast menu, the taste of the food is a little salty. For friendly service.

The room has a lot of ants. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with lots of ants. To the point that I slept and was bitten by ants. The room I occupied was number 2850. Be careful if you put food on the table, it will be immediately posted.

This is the first time I checked in until I waited for more than 1 hour, even though check in at 14:00 was ready at 15:30. Just regular food, the menu is limited, so just eat from the contents of your stomach. Nothing special.

View nya bagus. Kamar bersih rapi dan cukup luas. Untuk makanannya enak-enak. Ada playground anak dan kolam renang.
