It was a great stay at this hotel, we booked for New Year. Not only easy to access everywhere in Seminyak, but also with the balcony I could enjoy my evening. I really felt much more comfortable not feeling just stuck in the room, the Wi-Fi worked very fast and good connection, and the best part was the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly.

The location is strategic, but the facilities are lacking. The AC is broken, the shower is broken, and amenities are also lacking. You have to pay for extra towels. The Wi-Fi often disconnects. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

For a 4-star hotel, it seems like there's still a lot of room for improvement. The AC in the restaurant leaks in several places every morning, and the pipes in the basement parking lot also leak in many places. The AC in the room also drips. The food in the restaurant has very little variety; some food arrived and wasn't refilled. This should be mentioned to the staff first. The main points are the large and comfortable rooms, and the friendly and helpful lobby staff. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

It smells musty and is not as clean as before. The bathroom floor has never been scrubbed, and when it dries, white spots appear from soap foam that was not scrubbed.
