Very hospitable!

4 night break, view of surrounding buildings, clean, pleasant hotel. Good lication. Easy access to attractions and subway. Felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and beds comfortable, barhroom clean and serviced daily. Would stay again

We were uncomfortable. Room is tiny and we had a “king” bed. However, it was not the standard length. When I complained about it, the guy at the front desk said it was different than where we live. Switched to a nicer hotel and the bed is much longer. Not a good hotel for tall people.

Honestly was quite disappointed as the check in experience was awful. I arrived early and had great experience with the staff that checked in my bag while I explored the city. When I came back for check in, the man who checked me in was very rude. After waiting over 30 minutes for my bag, as I saw those coming in after me already got theirs within a few minutes, I had to go directly to the staff that the bag tags are handed to, just to find the check in staff didn’t give them my bag tag. Before then, the front desk had asked what I was waiting for and I told them my bag and no one went to get it again. The staff that opened the doors and grabbed the bags were very friendly throughout my whole stay and quickly went to get my bag when they realized they hadn’t been given the tag. I noticed this type of service was not the same for anyone else. I was not smiled at, greeted properly, given a free upgrade like others in the elevator received without asking, or even the cookie that’s promised to everyone. The rooms were okay, very small. There were small bugs in the shower. Housekeeping was fantastic otherwise also very friendly. I had stayed here as a friend had recommended it and had a great experience especially with check in but I can’t say the same about my stay.

The hotel is in a great location and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would book to stay here again, but one negative for me was the noise of sirens and horns all night long, but family in another room did not experience this.

The room was well maintained, beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. The area was perfect for a short stay in the heart of it all and the staff were really excellent. Rooftop bar was a wonderful bonus!

The staff are super friiendly and helpful. However, this area of NYC has a drug problem. We saw an OD, drug use at all times of the day and night, drug dealing, people screaming outside at night. It is really a shame as it is otherwise a very convenient location with good restaurants near by, metro access, walk ability.

There is no place to park to bring in your luggage or check in. My husband got a ticket for 115 dollars for stopping to bring in luggage. We are from Arita d it was our first trip to NYC. My husband is handicapped and found out parking was two blocks away. He didn’t know he should have parked there and dragged luggage. I was checking in and just found out the address of parking.

We checked into our room and went out for the evening when we got back. It was late and noticed our AC was not working. The first night was very stuffy and uncomfortable with no AC the next morning we let the staff know and they sent someone to look at it, but could not repair it so we had to move to another room. They did not offer any type of discount or anything for the inconvenience we had on the first night.

I stayed for a night with my partner. We got a quiet room with an amazing view, Rachad at the front desk was exceptional👌 The location was convenient for us to explore the city. I'd stay again.
