De Sapa Hotel service is very good, especially for the customer service who offered us help to purchase transportation tickets to go to Fansipan. Also, when a luggage of my friend was left in the hotel, they contacted us so we could pick up the luggage. This very good service was also more complete when we checked out from the hotel, each room was given a memento from the hotel. Thank you for the receptionist and marketing De Sapa.

I was booking for the dormitory room, the shower room has hot water, hairdryer, the toilets are clean, they also gave us toiletries and water bottles. I have early check in and they can accept it free. That's a nice point if you come to Sa Pa at midnight and arrive in the morning. They also have a restaurant, you can add breakfast in your booking room. And the most important thing is near from Sun Plaza, Sa Pa Station, just walking to explore the city. Thank you for Mr. Khai, he was a helpful receptionist and kind person. I was Muslim and only eat Halal Food, so according to me what kind of food in the restaurant I can eat. I'm so happy.

"Comfortable and Clean Hotel in the City Center" I just stayed at Hotel BB Sapa for 3 days and 2 nights and I am very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to access tourist attractions and other facilities. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. I was also very pleased with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jayce, who was very excellent, sincere, prompt, and always assisted me with our activities in Sapa. The breakfast at the hotel was also very delicious and varied, with many menu options and reasonable prices. It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. I had a room at the front with a view over the valley. The hotel is on a busy, narrow road which was interesting to watch as it is quite a steep hillside either direction. Loads of choice at breakfast, accommodating staff. I arrived early way before checking time but as soon as my room was ready they let me use it. I go in November is the cold season, so the clouds and the fog is quite a lot, you at night the rain falls like rain. This hotel has quite nice view, everyone, so book mountain view room to have a nice view, going in the dry season is probably beautiful and indescribable.
