Booked here to celebrate an achievement, and did not disappointed. The staffs was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Had a great experience here, got a free room upgrade and free cakes. Precious moment to stay here for 2 days with family, the design, location, clean, friendly and fast respond of staffs, delicious foods also while i ordered for room dining. I would like to say compare to the price it was extremely affordable compare to the same kind of hotel. A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. Daffa, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!

We get the best experience staying at the Millenium Hotel during the Jakarta International Marathon last week, especially for Chef Musa. He's a good chef and has a good attitude, also knowledge about the food. We will choose Millenium for staying in next time.

Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

room is good but need more focuse on maintenance small things, like defects in the bathroom in the bathroom, and the TV channels quality need more improvement, it's almost budget hotel but you have facilities, and I believe your hotel can improve more than this, overall the hotel is good the facility is good and the room is very comfy, but please focus on the defects

The WiFi is so bad that it turn off the connection automatically. The bathtub is also bad. We cannot close the hole with the knob at all. So the water still leakage and we cannot use the bathtub at all.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Room was comfortable. The staff are super helpful. Shout out to Reva and Dicky at the front office, excellent service!
Only 1 minus, I requested to borrow their iron in the morning, they say I must wait as it’s also used by other guest. Waited for almost 2 hours but it never came then I decided to leave with greasy clothes ☹️ as I was running late for my appointment.
