Martin's Brugge

Great location, close to everything. One small issue we had with unclean towel on arrival was taken care of quickly when we reported it. The room was a wee bit stuffy but they were going through a heat wave and the aircon just couldn't keep up.

Très beau séjour. Nous étions trois adultes dans une chambre comprenant un lit King et un sofa-lit. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Perfectly located in the center of Bruges - walkable from train station. Quiet and clean

The rooms were very smal hardly enough room for 2 suitcases to open. But for the rest everything was good.

Martins' Brugge was an excellent hotel right in the centre of Brugge. The staff were very helpful in all areas. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. There were two bars on the property both serving excellent Belgium beers.

Excellent location steps from Market square and the Belfry. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options and the family room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. We loved our stay and our time in Brugge!

The staff were very welcoming and full of helpful information for our visit. The rooms were clean and functional. The Hotel is a great location for the Market Place, local shops, Museum and Churches. Also close to the canal for a lovely boat ride around Bruges. Lots to see and visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I really like the Hotel. I am a very peaky person and this Hotel was great for me. Clean room, good size, the staff was very helpful and happy to assist. Location was also great.

The hotel was well located It was big with twist and turns in the hallways, so it was easy to get lost Front desk was helping mostly Offered a complementary cocktail which was not a cocktail, but a ginger beer only Had a convenience store in the lobby, but it was out of order, frustrating Coffee in the room was minimal Overall, the room was very comfortable I would definitely recommend it

The spot is right in the middle of the action! The modern beer garden is really nice, the surrounding at night very quiet, the bed and pillows were very confortable. Would return!

Excellent location, helpful staff. Outlay and design of room was a bit funky, but that has nothing to do with the staff. A great stay.

Staff members Nils and Susanna were wonderful. Nils assisted us with contacting our driver and arranging our Saturday pickup. Susana was very welcoming and helpful with information. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful in changing our towels. One young lady with long blonde hair on the desk was a problem. I didn’t get her name. She answered “I don’t know” to every question, said she was unable to call our driver. Nils called him later. Worst, however, our driver arrived earlier than expected, but she refused to call our room to tell us. She told him we were asleep. My husband had already talked to her at the desk over an hour earlier. The driver had to wait with the meter running for over an hour until we came downstairs. This cost us A LOT OF MONEY.

Beautiful hotel and setting, close to all of the site seeing locations

Only issue was the air conditioning units in the rooms were struggling with the heat and a bit noisy (very hot summer July 2026)
