Great place. Just slow down those elevator door timings please.

Elevators down ( 2/4 working ) long waits.

Excellent staff always greet you with a smile. Rooms are a little old and outdated but very well maintained. Great location.

Hotel was nice, nice view

Location was very good, each and every one of the stuff at the hotel was amazing. The receptionist at the front desk who checked us in, the maintenance man working on our AC, the cleaning stuff in the hotel, the lady attending to our room -2808 and each and every worker at the hotel. I gave a negative review only for the management that in my opinion are doing a poor job and are not really capable to running the hotel properly. We were checked in to room 2903, unpack, organized the room and bathroom to our liking and then realized that the AC drain is clogged, the unit was leaking and didn’t cool. Another trip downstairs with the AC technician to explain the issue. The lady attending the reception imminently moved us to 2808 and told us that the room will be ready in 20 minutes. Once again, waiting to the elevator 15 minutes to go up, pack and then come back down, surrounded the old keys and pick up the new keys for the replacement room. Again half an hour wasted time with the elevators that two of them were out of order while the other two had no floor display working, broken floor tiles and usually traveling together with the cleaning, maintenance and laundry crew!!! Finally, we were situated in our room which was great. During the up and down trips, we met many of the hotel staff who were wonderful. The next morning we met Bella, our room attendant who was so so sweet and nice and made our stay on her floor a wonderful experience.

Well located property. The hotel is outdated but still it was decent overall. Restaurant is great.

Pros: - Full kitchens available - Location - Ability to store luggage prior to check-in (5$ per night fee) Cons: - No hot water when showering at night and have to let the water run for a significant amount of time to get hot water during the day leading to a concerning amount of wasted water if this issue affects all rooms - Long lines to use the laundry machines

The hotel's location is great. Rooms are very big. Huge flat TV, with a large number of TV Channels. The problems for us were: 2 out of 4 elevators nor working. Our bathroom keep backing up even if we didnt use it. The TV turn on when we used the HAVC control (very weird). The bedroom sheets felt like plastic. We stayed for 3 nights, so not that bad, however too many issues for one stay.

The beds are so hard you would be better off sleeping on the floor. I had to have a cot brought in which was an improvement but still not good. Unless you like Extremely Hard Bed for sleeping, Avoid this hotel. Might be good for some but my back was just killing me after the first night.

Place was very nice and a good deal for the price. Staff was helpful and very kind. Gym was old, but very usable - it's located in the basement of the building but staff did rounds while I was in there so it felt safe. Came for work was very pleased. Will be staying here again.

Positives: Great location for downtown, good restaurants around the area and ease of getting to. Polite staff & spacious rooms Negatives: Found 1 centipedes in 2 different rooms. Was offered to relocate from first room which was nice but then I found another centipede. When I spoke to the manager (different one then the first time), he said because I prepaid for my reservation, he couldn’t do anything.

Easy check in, room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with easy access to down town waterfront. Right beside the current St. Paul’s hospital. Coffee shop within hotel opens at 7 am. Starbucks to your right then across st with very short walk if need something before that. Restaurant on site. Did not eat there as visiting family but bar staff were excellent. Special shout out to the young Door man who was there April 30th, May first day shift. He was excellent and deserves a raise. Greeted us every time we came and went and was lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I commend the Canadian people in general, they were all friendly and went above and out of their way to assist visitors. At least everyone we came across and we visited a lot of places and talked to a lot of people. Enjoyed the easy access to the nearby Metro and the very helpful assistance the concierge "Jonathan" suggested to enjoy our stay. I apologize in advance if I got his name incorrect. He was great. Took a beautiful scenic drive to Whistler and had lunch. Also did the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Vancouver is an easy and quick escape from Los Angeles. Scenic and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Great hotel. Large suite rooms with kitchens. So great for cutting costs for meals. Full grocery store block away

Our stay was good! Breakfast options were tasty and they accommodated our gf requests. The room had a kitchen what made things easier for us. Every time we needed something from housekeeping, it was provided promptly. The location is excellent so we had no complaints.
