Hôtel en rénovation, accès à l’hôtel non indiqué. Pourtant, l’hôtel m’a écrit plus de 5 fois pour me vendre plein de choses non requises, mais ne m’a jamais informée de comment accéder à l’hôtel. J’ai viré en rond 30 min à minuit… Autre chose importante: l’impossibilité d’annuler 48h d’avance. Il demande le plein prix d’une nuitée de la chambre d’emblée comme pénalité, contrairement aux autres hébergements où on peut annuler sans pénalité jusqu’à 48h. Ma réunion avait changé de place, j’aurais annulé cette chambre, qui devenait bcp moins pratique. Je vais y penser 2 fois avant de retourner dans un hôtel JARO.
