Good breakfast. The server, Harry was excellent. The person who checked us in Onsmin also very hospitable friendly warm. Also William at checkout very hospitable and the Bellman were also very helpful very friendly smiling. The one slight negative was the Walter thin and we could hear our neighbors. Great location good amenities. It was our 43rd wedding anniversary and the hotel did some special things for that occasion. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect hotel to stay pre-or post cruise when you are in Vancouver. The area is wonderful with many great restaurants.The views are wonderful with the float planes and the ferries and the ships. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The rooms are beautiful.

This visit was before going on a cruise. The Door staff did an amazing job taking care of our luggage and getting it to the cruise so we didnt have to worry about it at all. Front desk staff was great when we were finally served. There was several staff doing other things but only one helping customers. Our room had a beautiful view but not very good seating to enjoy it. There was a big desk in our room that looked like it was just put there as storage. It had charging station but was not plugged in, there was a lamp next to in not plugged in and both would not reach the plug. Would have been much nicer to have a small couch or extra chair. The room also smelled of smoke. Bed and pillows comfortable. For the price range I did expect a little more.

Grossly overpriced. Nice to have help getting to the cruise ship terminal during a marathon. Especially taking the luggage to the ship. The staff are underpaid and silently protesting. One person had been there over 30 years without a raise. For the price per night the staff should be compensated.

Fabulous room, but we had to wait past check in time to get in, when we were paying thousands of dollars for 2 day stay. The man who checked us in offered, and we accepted, 2 complementary drinks each at the bar while we were waiting, but we could not used them because the first thing I wanted to use after we checked in, was the gym. We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him. Finally, I got up and went to the desk to ask if the room was ready and they said they had texted us that it was ready. DOES NO ONE TALK TO ANYONE ANYMORE? They had not said they would text us. They had said, and confirmed, that they would call us. We were right there.

This was a terrible stay, it was my wife's birthday and I had asked for a Harbour view , they ended up giving me a pool view, and with that we thought the glass you couldn't see from outside then we walked outside and you can clearly see us from the outside. On top of that, only one light worked in the room so we had to keep the blinds open. On top of that we had a free 50$ food voucher that we could not use anywhere, we tried and they just kept telling us no. The biggest thing is we had bugs and flies in our room, the room was still dirty and the musty smell my wife couldn't handle anymore so we didn't even stay in the room for more then 5 hours, also we left one day early as she couldn't take it. For a 700$+ a night room this was the worst experience I have dealt with. And

Clean and well-appointed room, excellent staff. The hot tub was having issues, but it was still a nice place to relax and enjoy some views after a hectic day. Breakfast was delicious and served with a friendly and welcoming staff. Can't beat the views either!
