I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

I loved the location, was great to have a Seaview. Hotel room was very big and bed big and comfortable. My only negative was the dinner I had in the restaurant, food and service were just average.

Staff were friendly at check in and very efficient. Gave us discount coupons for lunch which we could not use as we were there after lunch ended and had to leave the next morning. Coupon for breakfast discount would have been better. Also the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the room was clean and the view fantastic from the ocean view room

Staff was very friendly and helpful about shops and restaurants around the area. Room was very clean and the view was spectacular. Breakfast service in the on site restaurant was very attentive and outstanding. The hop on hop off bus stop is in front of the hotel if you plan to do that. It’s also very close to the cruise terminal. Great stay and central to everything we were doing in Vancouver.
