I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Our Harbourview room with a full balcony was lovely, with a beautiful view of the harbour and North Shore Mountains where we could watch the seaplanes take off and land. The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was in a great location to easily walk to many attractions, as well as to Waterfront Station to grab the Skytrain back to the airport. Thank you to the staff for making our getaway for our anniversary so enjoyable!

Amazing place. Staff is outstanding. Views are fantastic, location is perfect. We have stayed here more than once and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Food is expensive, yes, but room rates are very affordable.

Nicely located at water front and about 12 min walk from train station. Lots of walk around place nearby and about 8 min away from Robson Street. The hotel show its age but staff are nice. We didn’t try the food inside due to there are just too many ice cafe near the hotel. The neighborhood generally is safe but you occasionally see a homeless person at corner. Close to park at water front that we can do walk in the morning. The hotel elevator malfunction the first day and they have a staff to help us go up and down. And during our stay, there were some construction or cleaning that was noisy in day time. The amenities is minimal but ok as we brought our own supplies. The hotel is good for family travel or if you are visiting convention center. We didn’t try few walks to gas light district and it’s about 15 minutes. For the price, I consider this is a fair place to stay.

Some how they missed a hanger on the floor. But worse, it sounded like the bed was broken because when I sat down on the right side if the bed ( closer to the bathroom) there was a loud sound, like wood breaking. Every time I sat down. Strange. Room was aged but clean.

The Pinnacle is in a great location with bay views. The room was clean. The restaurant / bar was a nice feature with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the North Vancouver area. A good choice at a reasonable price.

Liked dining staff. Front desk was not very helpful when I tried to tell them about phone problems. Kept saying I had to talk to manager. The manager did contact me and remedied the problem. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very poor.
