Nice position

We were given a dirty room but they rectified it quickly. Breakfast was great every day and well worth the price. The room was small but very nice. No drawers for storing clothing so that was kinda different but overall a nice stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were very clean, many things for kids to do from the family fun zone over the basketball hoop to the pool. And of course great location right at the Toronto harbor area!

Premium King with balcony had a beautiful view of lake. Lots of stairs going in and out of hotel. Great location. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront. Very professional staff.

The Lobby Bar was very accommodating, allowing us to change the TV to the Knicks game when everyone was watching soccer. The food was also good the 2 times we had it. The buffet Breakfast was very good with many options and the iced coffee was delicious! The indoor pool was a welcome relief after the hot tub and the sun deck allowed for easy access after taking some sun. The Hotel staff were extremely helpful from the housekeeper to the desk staff. The ice machine is being renovated but just a quick call to the desk and it was quickly brought up to our room. Even the man in the gift shop was delightful. The hotel was conveniently located for everything we needed to do! The Balcony was a big plus! It allowed us to check out the Inner Harbor and we even had a surprise Fireworks Show! We had a Very Nice Stay!!

The beds and linens were the best part. Best sleep I have had in a castle.
