Immaculately clean lobby and room. Stunningly designed and in an amazingly central location. Room doors need to be more sound proofed. Lift and guests in corridors could be heard most of the night. Check in staff was unhelpful when asking for late check out despite being willing to be pay.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in walking distance to see the Blue Jays play at Roger’s Center and there was a pay parking garage within a minute or two walk to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Would stay here again!

A great hotel. Stayed here while attending a conference. The room was small but well-appointed and functional, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and hospitable. Good location, within an easy walk of the train station, CN Tower, and waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, convenient location to the train station as that's how we arrived to Toronto. Our room was comfortable but small, but not a problem for us as we knew that going on. If you're used to European hotels, it's similar. Love the quirky, colorful artwork in the rooms and hotel! And loved the book in the room by a Canadian author.
