Ideally located across the street from Union Station & free shuttle pick up for Billy Bishop Airport right across the road. Rooms are smaller than most hotels but they have everything you need, are up-to-date and price point is excellent.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but for one night it wasn’t an issue. It’s in a convenient area where we could take the train to Toronto and not need a car to get anywhere

I love this hotel - it's everything I need as a solo business traveler, and close to Union station and the business district. But, it's the staff and attention to details that makes this my favourite place to stay in Toronto!

Restaurants and shops nearby, staff were very friendly. My big issue was just that the entire hotel reeked of this really nauseating essential oil smell. The lobby, the hallways and even my room smelled of it. Every time I came back into the hotel the smell just hit me like a wall.

Location was fantastic. Lobby was great energy. Staff were friendly. Room was cozy but good for what I needed. You are able to hear noises from the hallway easily but it wasn’t busy while I was there so minimal disruption and was able to get a great nights sleep
