I liked almost everything EXCEPT for the wifi. Sometimes it worked OK, but many times it was really slow or even was unavailable for a time. It's not like I needed it for work, but it was still frustrating.

The staff were lovely and the hotel in general was good but the bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on! We were in a family room with the double bed being a sofa bed. It squeaked really loudly with the slightest movement and we could feel every spring.

Struttura a 3stelle, cara come tutte a Copenhagen. Da migliorare in alcuni punti tipo, in bagno, la vasca è da eliminare. Manca la ventilazione in camera e devi aprire la finestra. È Silenziosa xche ho chiesto lato opposto alla stazione ferroviaria, si trova in centro e facile per andare ovunque. La colazione è top. Personale gentile.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is only few minutes walk to train station, hop on and off station and Tivoli. Happy to stay here again.

Hotel 2 blocks from train station. No air conditioning, but they did have a little fan. No fridge and no ice for drinks. Breakfast buffet was good. Was tub/ shower. Beds were very soft .

The hotel is situated in a great location. The bathroom floods whenever you take a shower because the water drains so slow. The views from the top floor balconies are amazing, but the train noise makes it hard to sleep.
