We have just returned from a relaxing one night stay and already booked for May! Reception, restaurant, lifts, rooms and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Staff were happy to assist. Pool area, sauna and steam room were clean, hot tub was hot. I could not fault the place! So for that reason…returning!

Excellent hotel. Stopped the night before a Heathrow flight and it was very convenient, just a tube stop away from the airport. The room was large, warm and quiet with a lovely clean bathroom. Exceptional service from Jack, Pedro and RP. They were so helpful and friendly. Would stop again.

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues and poor customer service. We were given a room with a phone that wasn’t working, which became a serious problem when my son got locked in the bathroom. As the phone was unusable, my daughter had to go all the way to reception to ask for help. In the end, I had to use a nail file myself to unlock the door, which was stressful and unacceptable. We were already rushing, as we were only informed at check-in that children are not allowed in the pool after 6pm. This added unnecessary pressure to our stay. When I reported the phone issue, the staff member simply offered to fix it and said there were no alternative rooms available for us. Someone came to “fix” the phone, but later we discovered the wake-up alarm had been left on. We were woken up at 5:45am, which was extremely frustrating. Whether intentional or not, this should have been checked before our arrival. I reported the issue again in the morning, but the phone still wasn’t working properly. The room itself was also too small and uncomfortably hot. What was most disappointing was the lack of care from staff…apologies were offered, our messages were ignored, no solution was provided, and no refund was considered. We felt completely dismissed and poorly treated throughout our stay.

Very comfortable and clean. No automatic airport shuffle on site (there is an tube station nearby) - need to book from a stand separately. Booking uber is cheaper. Room was very clean but the fridge wasn't working. The shower is great - water does spread to the floor as it's not contained in the stall. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Jack & Pedro). All in all a good stay and would return.

Hotel was easy to get to, drove straight in under the hotel to park. Next to tube station for access into London. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. Family room was great size, beds extremely comfortable. Really clean and quiet. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna were fantastic.

Room and hotel were fine, the staff are friendly but hapless. I was chased round the hotel to pay for dinner (I tried to pay when leaving the restaurant, but they wouldn’t allow it, telling me it had to be charged to the room), resulting in being disturbed in my room twice then dragged out of bed to go to reception. I asked for a receipt for my booking and was told one would be emailed, I had to call 3 times, only to be told I needed to contact hotels.com (I paid at the hotel so Hotels.com can’t help either). I was then asked to call back another time as they can’t help

Nice hotel, limited parking. Staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. A bit out of the city but bus stops literally across the road, so easy to get into the city
