The room was perfectly clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. The AC was wonderful and it had a very nice shower. The pool and hot tub area were also neat. The hotel is also just across the street from the underground and only one stop away from Heathrow. There is also a city bus station just outside the hotel if you need to go somewhere else nearby. My only complaint was that the beds were somewhat too firm for my liking, but it had nice, clean sheets and comfy pillows. A great airport hotel overall.

I did not have a great time with the staff. However the place was easy to find. Not very well located for food at night but still easy to get to the airport which is the main point. If the staff were more accommodating this would have been pleasant.

Really spacious room for a family of 4. We had 1 double bed and 2 singles, did not feel cramped at all. Was great to be able to use the swimming pool after a long day of playing football. The lifts are very quick, which is always great in a large hotel when you need to get places fast!

Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy.

I am really impressed with this hotel. It’s a great price and provides a really good product. The rooms are clean, well furnished and practical. A good bed, shower, large tv, fridge, coffee facilities and soundproofing. The staff are wonderful too and amazingly polite

The staff was super friendly and helpful advising us how to get around. The only thing we would say is no ac. We tend to stay on the hotter side being from Florida so we are used to ac or a fan but we wernt able to accommodate that.

Great location to the airport, big room , clean and a pool, spa you can’t go wrong. Could do with a standalone bar rather than the restaurant but the staff were accommodating to allow me to watch the football.
