Great central location close to the shopping area, and close transport links. Train station just a short walk away.

Had a 3 night stay recently and everything was amazing. Arrived a little early and got straight into our room. Great view. Clean spacious room. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel so can’t comment on that but the location was perfect for what we wanted. Would return.

I just stayed in room 337. The room looked great initially and like an American hotel in America. A nice size, modern, etc. The issue was what was under that veneer. The bed was hard. The pillows were both flat and lumpy. The toilet system did not want to flush and I had to struggle every single time to make it do so. I took a shower, not intending to get my hair wet, and it wound up soaked because the showerhead had a leak and sprayed in all directions. This including spraying in my face. My shoes and clothes on the floor also got wet because the shower door doesn't seal correctly at the bathroom so it was flooding the bathroom with water. I did call and because of the holiday they did not have maintenance in at the time. On top of that, I had to pay a fee for late checkout. I spent that extra time getting bags and wrapping up my soaked clothing so it didn't ruin the other items in my bag. The staff were nice, however, and the location was great. I went to two concerts and both venues were a fairly cheap Uber away. I just expected more of a Hilton and feel like maybe the Holiday Inn across the street may have even been a better option. The air conditioning worked well though so that was nice.

From reception through to the breakfast team all were helpful and provided a great service.

Great stay , just overnight . Only problem in room were pillows too flat , but many hotels don’t have pillows that are comfy for me …. but room was great and bed comfy . Breakfast good variety , tasty and plentiful , only warm not hot , but enjoyed . Would go back 👍

Great location next to Piccadilly station, easy to the train and also local buses and trams. Modern hotel with everything in perfect working order. We had King room with sitting area on top floor, that was spacious and nice view of the city. Breakfast buffet was ample with eggs cooked 3 ways, other cooked items, yogurts, fruits, breads, cereals, pastries etc.

the terrace with the rooftop view was not there...

We had a great stay for our shopping trip in Manchester. Location was excellent for shopping. Our was clean and housekeeping did come in which we didn't expect on a two night stay. Front reception staff were lovely especially Elena and Winnie who we talked tomabout our trip. The breakfast team were excellent as well especially how busy it was with lots of guests at one time. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful.

The hotel 2as great. The staff were great. It was a fabulous experience
