We had a wonderful time. Walked the area safely. Visited some local Pubs, Pig in the wall, The Titanic Pub are a couple. Would definitely stay here again

Charming with lots of wood work and very quiet. Close to old town with pubs and shopping. Breakfast was amazing. On site dining options good. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The property itself was nice, and the bedding was comfortable, but the room felt a bit outdated, especially for the $250 nightly rate. The tub/shower setup was odd—with the shower head fixed to the wall—and the separate shower was clogged, causing water to back up. The sink drain had the same issue. The carpet was coming up from the wall, which added to the overall worn feel of the room.
On a positive note, the restaurant looked great, and the bar inside the solarium was a nice touch. Overall, it was just okay for a one-night stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.

A good location for pre or post cruise. A large shopping mall within a few block walk. Just could have used a small fridge in the room and a little more counter space. The room was huge , so it had the space for it.

This hotel is over priced for what you get. It’s takes advantage of the people departing on cruises from Southampton. Bathrooms are very small and dated. Terrible showers. Dispensers and tissues ran out. The curtains did not fully close. The heater did not work. Food at the cage was marginal.

Of all of the eight hotels that we stayed in in the UK and Europe over the last five weeks, this was the least satisfying. The bathroom needs updating and there was no hand soap or shower gel in the dispensers, one of which was ripped open. One would think these things would be checked before new people were given the room. Luckily I always bring soap with me so we could take a shower, however one does not expect this in a supposed four star hotel. There are little amenities lacking, like slippers and robes, or vanity kits including cotton swabs and cotton balls. Again all of the other hotels we have stayed in during this trip included such amenities.

We only stayed one night before our cruise but it was fine. Room was well laid out and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located close to the cruise port and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a food court. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a large assortment of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We signed up the day before our departure for a taxi. Many people were departing at the same time (11am) and we were taken care of almost as soon as we were ready (10:30am). We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Our room was large but included no storage, few hangers and bathroom fixtures were near the floor. There was no bar to assist in getting out of the elevated shower. A dresser, maybe? A drawer in the desk, even? A shelf under the bathroom sink so that toiletries don't have to be on the floor? Restaurants and food were good but some amenities were nonfunctioning.

Easy check in, very clean, friendly staff. The room is nice and we have a view of the water. I would definitely recommend a stay here before a cruise. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good didn’t need to leave the hotel as we were all tired from traveling.

Nice comfortable room with a view. Walked over to the west quay shopping center. It's very close. Had some dinner and drinks in the dining room. Great menu and prices were great. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good except electrical difficulties. We couldn’t use our rooms usb charges for our iPhone and coffee machine and hot water kettle didn’t work.
